The Warden
A Lieutenant whose key opens a sealed room under NuriGO Mall.
In the recon report a lone sniper brings him down at extreme range after a long chase through the northern hills. His key, stamped with its location, opens a locked room beneath NuriGO Mall that held a Plate Carrier recipe, rare components and a weapon manual.
