Bale
A Spetsnaz veteran who trains and enforces for the North Korean forces.
In Field Report #3 he waits at Chang-san Air Base with a hardline security detail whose disciplined fire turns the approach into a running fight. The Boss Board slide shows him in a green steel helmet with ammo belts, worth 10,000 DMZ Cash, with intel unlocked by finishing three Order chapters.
