A Lieutenant whose card sits partly cut off at the edge of the Boss Board.
The fifth card on the official Boss Board screenshot, partly off screen, with a 10,000 DMZ Cash reward. Not to be confused with the Scavenger of the 2022 DMZ. Territory and combat style haven't been revealed.
