A once-quiet waterfront between the power station and the river's south fork.

Train and monorail lines still run here. The La Grande Vie tower rises over the residential north; by the East Sea sit a tent market, a pier and lighthouse, a train station, a small park and Oamsik Turtle Island. An amphibious landing struck its southern tip.
