14th Political Prison

Watchtowers guard every corner of the concrete wall; a polluted river runs to the west, the main gate and checkpoint face south, barracks sit to the east and the eastern side was still under construction. Inside the yard stands the Citadel, a Y-shaped fortress of gantries and cell blocks.
